All of our products are handmade by the ladies of Women of Faith and Hope Uganda.  By buying our products, you are helping to support this ministry, therefore we aren't able to Refund.  We bring everything over from Uganda twice a year in our check-in baggage, and send the money straight back to the ministry.  Thank you SO much for your support.
